What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Advisor position at GO! Car Wash?
A successful car wash Advisor will exceed customer expectations and address questions and concerns with the highest professionalism. At GO! Wash we pride ourselves on always putting the customer first and caring about the community we serve.
Success in this position will be measured by:
· Customer Service - Greeting customers at pay stations, addressing any questions/concerns and explaining the wash options
· Sales - Membership sales will be a key function for the Customer Associates. The opportunity to promote our GO! FastPass monthly wash program.
· Car Wash Operations -Vehicle Prepping/guiding, supervising wash operations, assisting with grounds/tunnel cleaning and maintenance tasks as necessary. Operate POS systems for customers and registers (Significant training will be provided on the operating systems)
Requirements:
· Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
· Ability to write and communicate clearly and professionally
· Able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
· Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours
· Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions
