Your Impact:
This is a pivotal leadership role anchored in store management at the Irvine Spectrum location, with an oversight across select retail locations to ensure brand consistency and operational alignment. The Store Manager & Corporate Retail Leader drives a high-performing Voluspa store selling culture to meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. They promote positive brand interactions with all customers while serving as a key liaison between store operations and Voluspa Corporate—supporting companywide branding initiatives, product launches, and strategic alignment.
Your Focus:
Store Leadership
- Directly responsible for the Voluspa Irvine Spectrum store achieving or exceeding sales, KPI, and profitability goals through effective short and long-term planning and expense control.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Develop, and retain results-driven employees who consistently achieve or exceed sales and KPI goals.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all employees, ensuring the sales team is fully educated on brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
- Conduct monthly coaching and counseling sessions to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Develop and manage bench strength to ensure maximum store coverage at all times.
- Positively impact store results by analyzing business performance, customer buying habits, and product trends.
- Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Partner with Voluspa Corporate to place orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed regarding cash handling, credit card processing, and loss prevention compliance.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding payroll budget goals within the store.
- Manage an effective staff schedule according to traffic trends.
- Partner with Store Managers to prepare, implement, and execute scheduled inventory.
- Provide senior management with a weekly business recap.
- Identify innovative business opportunities and champion the execution of approved initiatives.
Corporate Retail Alignment
In addition to store leadership, this role carries a limited multi-store oversight responsibility to ensure brand and operational consistency across select locations, and to serve as a strategic conduit to corporate teams.
- Serve as a liaison between field stores and corporate functions including Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Operations—communicating goals, initiatives, and changes clearly and timely.
- Collaborate with Voluspa Corporate on companywide events, sales, promotions, and launches; support in-store activations and local marketing initiatives.
- Provide corporate teams with field feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy.
- Support new store openings and brand expansion initiatives as needed.
- Conduct periodic visits and light audits of assigned stores to ensure consistent brand execution, visual merchandising standards, and luxury service protocols.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or related field).
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a store manager role in a luxury retail environment.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and embody the brand message.
- Clear understanding of scheduling and payroll management.
- Proven ability to develop and manage high-performing individuals.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and client retention.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Well-developed organizational, training, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to sell in a world-class luxury customer service environment.
- Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work on your feet all day and lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Experience using a POS system; Shopify preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
