Your Impact:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our presence across all our key retailers. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, building lasting relationships with key partners, and ensuring our brand is represented with excellence worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, someone who can analyze market performance, adapt to retailer dynamics, and champion brand values in every partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury home fragrance.


Your Focus:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across all key retailers to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth
  • Identify and develop new accounts for growth opportunities, adapting strategies to local market trends and consumer behavior
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with account buyers, stores, Regional, and Department Manager
  • Manage product assortment, forecasting, and inventory planning to ensure brand alignment and success with each account
  • Lead relationship building through store visits that will include staff training, and merchandising product.
  • Develop strategies for successful in-store placement, training, merchandising, and activations to drive sales
  • Provide sales reporting and analysis to management including product performance, SKU mix, sales trends, door rankings, and top-line sales results


Learning & Certifications:

  • BS in Business or related field preferred


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in key account sales, ideally in luxury home fragrance or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow business across multiple retailers
  • Consistent record of achieving or exceeding KPIs across sales performance, account growth, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across key retailers
  • Demonstrated success in developing long-term, trust-based partnerships with buyers and store teams
  • Genuine passion for or strong knowledge of home fragrance, design, or premium lifestyle products
  • Ability to represent the brand as an ambassador and develop a deep understanding for the brand.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with strong planning and reporting capabilities
  • Confident in preparing and presenting business updates and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Knowledge in managing accounts through EDI
  • Experience working with key account such as; Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Sephora is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing business needs and a fast-paced work environment

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
