Day-to-Day
Communications Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise executive leadership on messaging, reputation management, and public positioning.
- Lead crisis communications, media relations, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Manage communications planning, performance metrics, and reporting.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and communications.
- Lead strategic campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
- Provide brand guidance and support across departments and initiatives.
Marketing & Storytelling
- Oversee development of marketing materials, campaigns, and storytelling content.
- Partner with internal teams to amplify mission, programs, and partnerships.
- Use data and analytics to guide strategy and measure impact.
Digital Communications
- Lead digital strategy, including website, SEO, and social media.
- Oversee production of digital and print materials.
- Monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressively responsible communications experience.
- Demonstrated success in strategic communications, media relations, and brand management.
- Experience developing integrated communications strategies.
- Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
