What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant in multi-family properties (preferred).
Your Role:
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community and a key part of our success. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Prospects: Greet, tour, and inspire future residents to join our community.
- Managing Applications: Process applications for LIHTC Compliance and gather all required documentation.
- Driving Marketing Efforts: Promote our community through innovative marketing strategies.
- Supporting Residents: Assist with resident and prospect inquiries to build trust and satisfaction.
