We are seeking a Licensed Addictions Counselor to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team in Indianapolis — a place where you can make a meaningful impact every day while maintaining balance and purpose in your work.

What You’ll Do
Provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments and treatment plans, and support clients on their journey to recovery and stability. This outpatient position emphasizes consistent, person-centered care.
What You’ll Need
- A heart for helping individuals heal from addiction and rebuild healthy, meaningful lives
- Current Indiana licensure as an Addictions Counselor (LAC or LCAC)
- While a Master’s degree and advanced licensure (such as LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) are preferred, we welcome passionate LACs who are committed to growth and lifelong learning
