- Current C.N.A license or higher licensure
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years administrative experience; one-year staffing/scheduling and/or caregiving experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, E-mail and the Internet.
- Monitor completion of home care tasks and shifts. Report any concerns related to attendance and performance to Home Care Manager and Personal Care Services Supervisor.
- Oversee the staffing process; develop, maintain and update the Home Care schedule one-month in advance; coordinate referrals to contracted agency when approved by Home Care Manager; Report use of agency staff to Home Care Manager and assist with monitoring utilization of agency staff to meet home care needs.
- Ensure participant home care schedules are accurate and up to date consistently reflecting care needs outlined in IDT approved plan of care.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with Home Care Staff and coordinate schedules per availability provided by Personal Care Services Supervisor.
