Role Description
This full-time, on-site Program Manager of Clinical Services role is based in Nashville, TN. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate clinical programs, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day program operations, supervising clinical staff, developing program policies and procedures, and facilitating collaborations with other departments and external partners. The Program Manager will play a key role in enhancing the quality of services provided to clients while fostering professional development for the team.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, goal setting, and performance evaluation
- Strong knowledge in clinical program development, compliance, and implementation strategies
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
