Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $19.47-$22.64

What You Bring (Requirements)
- High school graduate
- Minimum of one (1) year general office experience
- Scheduling experience is highly desirable.
- Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Scheduling new and existing client’s services. New client intake and referred to Director of Home & Community Based Services for contract signing and care plans.
- Assist with admitting new campus clients as need when Director of Home & Community Based Services is not available.
- Assist in maintaining client and caregiver files.
- Basic telephone and faxing skills needed with phone etiquette with an emphasis on customer service. Basic marketing skills a plus.
