What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual and group counseling to adults, youth, and veterans experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with an integrated team of case managers, peer support specialists, and medical providers.
- Offer trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy in community-based and housing-first program models.
- Help clients build coping skills, resilience, and pathways to stability.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Washington license or associate credential (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LSW).
- Passion for working with individuals facing homelessness, trauma, and behavioral health challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
- Reliable transportation for community-based work.
