We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator with 2-3 years of professional experience in design and digital content creation to support the Kiona Foundation’s mission. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can translate ideas into compelling visuals that engage, educate, and inspire audiences around childhood cancer awareness and advocacy.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, content creation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory to produce impactful designs.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or comparable design tools; bonus if comfortable with Canva, Figma, or video-editing software.
- Ability to design for digital and print, including social media graphics, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and event collateral.
- Understanding of branding and how to maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms.
- Creative thinker who can turn abstract ideas into engaging, mission-driven visuals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for nonprofit work and interest in contributing to a cause-driven team making a difference.
- Experience creating social media content (static and motion graphics).
- Photography or videography skills are a plus.
- Prior experience working with nonprofits, healthcare, or advocacy organizations is a bonus.
