About The Role
We’re seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR programs. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions
- Support employee relations, investigations, and corrective action processes
- Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and job postings
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including I-9s and background checks
- Assist with benefits enrollment, life events, and open enrollment
- Support payroll administration activities and HRIS data accuracy
- Assist with compliance activities (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, OSHA, wage & hour)
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and metrics
- Support performance management, training, and HR projects
- 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance
- Experience with Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing or high-growth environment experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Payroll and/or time tracking experience
- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing operations
