- Support manufacturing automation across U.S., China, and EU sites.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Bachelor’s in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10 years in robotics/automation with 5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, PLCs, and industrial automation.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
