As a Machine Operator you will:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to support daily production goals.
• Set up equipment, load materials, and verify proper machine settings before and during production runs.
• Inspect finished products and parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify machine issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs to the appropriate team member.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies while operating equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

This is a Full Time – Temp to Perm opportunity.

The ideal Machine Operator  candidate will have:

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns or equipment issues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to meeting production expectations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED
• Background and Drug Test is Required

Shift Schedule – 3rd shift 10:30pm – 6am

Pay Rate: $23 - $24.50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
