Volt is immediately hiring foran Associate Mechanical Design Engineerin San Diego, CA

As an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer you will:

• Create and maintain the Mechanical and Systems composite product design
• Can cover one or more of composite disciplines; electrical, hydro-mechanical, controls manufacturing, software and display, This position is aimed at the maintenance of Mechanical and Hydro-Mechanical product design

This is aFull-TimeTemp to Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm plus overtime as needed. Must be able to work onsite every day.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors degree of Science in Engineering with a 3.0 minimum GPA with 1 year or more of experience
• The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of engineering drawings and drafting software programs, i.e. AutoCad or Cero.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working in a manufacturing environment or specifically with gas turbine control systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle or other database tools is a plus.

Pay Rate:$25-32/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
