- Generate and publish required charts, reports, and data analysis for assigned carlines/engines to support the vehicle quality improvement (FAP) process.
- Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of monthly and quarterly reports for upper management and Wolfsburg.
- Handle AdHoc data requests from within VW Aftersales and communicate the findings
- Lead warranty-specific data improvement projects to drive innovation and process improvements
- Identify, develop, establish and maintain new quality reports based on knowledge of the warranty system
New Vehicle Launch Management
- Create new vehicle launch report in PROFI system on a weekly basis
- Ensure all data and reporting for the new vehicle launch is accurate, timely and consistent
- Collaborate with new vehicle launch coordinator and managers on a daily basis
Collaboration
- Work closely with Data Scientists to create synergies within group and grow data reporting functions
- Work directly with VW Warranty team to improve warranty claim data content and accuracy
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for management
Fleet Management
- Plan, order and manage a fleet of vehicles
- Work directly with the TSC and external contacts to ensure vehicles are properly cared for and maintained while in service
