We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Execute complex queries using Snowflake and SAS to support business reporting and analytics
- Analyze warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Create and maintain documentation for reporting logic, data processes, workflows, and data governance standards
- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency across multiple data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and performance measurement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and reporting enhancements
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong SQL experience, preferably with Snowflake
- Experience utilizing SAS for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within the automotive, warranty, or aftersales industry
- Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting metrics
- Familiarity with warranty claims systems and repair order data
- Experience supporting cross-functional business teams
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design
