Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and applicant communication.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Prepare offer letters and conduct new hire orientation.
- Manage onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
- Serve a s point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Support investigations and document employee relations issues as needed.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems.
- Process personnel changes, terminations, and documentation updates.
- Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Coordinate open enrollment and benefits communications.
- Work with payroll on compensation changes and audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with policy development and implementation.
- Support training initiatives such as harassment prevention and safety.
- Support performance review processes and track completion.
- Assist with learning and development programs.
- Maintain job descriptions.
- Contribute to HR initiatives related to engagement, wellness, and culture.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
