Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a Survey Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage various survey projects, including topographic, land, building, and boundary surveys. Key responsibilities include coordination with clients and teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, supervising fieldwork, validating data accuracy, and providing final survey deliverables. You will also ensure adherence to company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements while contributing to project planning and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Building Surveying
- Professional License or the ability to obtain one in a reasonable amount of time
- Proficiency in conducting and managing Boundary Surveys and general Surveying activities
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Office Suite
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, and effectively lead teams
- Familiarity with LiDAR technology and subsurface utility engineering is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Writing complex technical scopes of work for both office and field staff
- Schedule surveying and mapping technician operations
