Part-Time Line Cook
Location: Volcano, Hawaiʻi
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role supports daily food preparation and service while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during peak service times
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay
