What You’ll Do
Lead the Admissions Experience
- Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Track, analyze, and report census data Build & Strengthen Referral Networks
- Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities
- Represent the facility at community and networking events Drive Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Create and execute local marketing strategies
- Coordinate community outreach events
- Manage online presence and reputation
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding and messaging
- Align census goals with operational leadership
- Provide referral updates and forecasting
- Ensure staff readiness for incoming residents
- Achieving and exceeding occupancy goals
- Growing and sustaining referral partnerships
- Delivering exceptional family experiences
- Improving systems for efficiency and responsiveness
- Maintaining professional, timely communication across all stakeholders
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related field
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions
