What You’ll Do

Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals

Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills

Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence

Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation

Document patient progress accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
-
Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (COTA)
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
