The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Admissions Director in the entire inquiry and admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. This includes conducting tours, performing assessments, maintaining strong communication, and following up on leads. What You’ll Do
- Support in inquiries and admissions in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with conducting facility tours, assessments, and presentations for prospective residents and families
- Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
- In partnership, develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive census growth
- Ensure smooth admissions transitions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (preferred)
- Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting is (preferred)
- Background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
