Summary
This posting is for an entry-level production role. Below is a summary of potential job tasks and responsibilities that can be expected. To be successful, you must be able to worksafelyin a factory environment and achieve consistent results in quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembling products and parts.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Identify and remove faulty products.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience working in a factory like setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled setting
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical dexterity.
- Available for shift work.
