Voegele Anson Law is a small firm providing legal representation in a broad range of services with an emphasis in Litigation. You will represent clients in depositions, mediation, hearings, and trial, as well as drafting legal documents, performing research and working alongside the legal team. We handle a wide variety of matters, so the ideal candidate would be someone who seeks variation in their caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Working on commercial and complex litigation cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other various documents
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related litigation cases
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience preferred
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, motivated and able to support legal team
- Team Orientated
- Licensed to practice law in Nebraska
- Salary based on qualifications and experience
