About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services for a Delaware school district. This is a full-time position running through the end of the current school year, serving a caseload of approximately 45 students in grades K3. The focus will be on addressing articulation, fluency (stuttering), and both expressive and receptive language delays.
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual direct therapy services to students in grades K3
Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to guide treatment planning
Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, expressive, and receptive language needs
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to goal development and progress reporting
Maintain timely, compliant documentation in line with state and district requirements
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Delaware SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required if state accepts CFYs)
Experience providing therapy for articulation, fluency, and language disorders
Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual setting
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
