POSITION SUMMARY
We have multiple positions available. Candidates will work shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday. CDSLP is a privately owned therapy clinic specializing in pediatrics. Applicants must further Central Delaware Speech-Language Pathology’s mission of providing the highest quality of therapeutic services in a fun, nurturing environment.
PRIMARY TASKS AND DUTIES
- Clinical Duties
- Cost recovery
- Monthly case notes
- Individualized data sheets
- Annual summaries
- Complete order forms
- Stat sheets
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists with sessions
- Prep/gather materials
- Collect data
- Hands on assistance during session
- Fill in timesheet if needed
- Assist Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologists
- Communicate with Speech Language Pathologists
- Prep/gather materials
- Collect data
POSITION REQUIRMENTS
- Demonstrated success with the ability to be flexible as needed.
- Demonstrated success in working independently and as a team.
- Demonstrated success in providing outstanding patient customer service/patient skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical practices and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a great multi-tasker.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience (preferred)
BENEFITS
- $250 bonus upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
