Remote School Psychologist | Kansas

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist skilled in delivering telehealth services. This role involves supporting student mental health and educational development through virtual assessments, consultations, and interventions within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using telehealth platforms to evaluate student learning needs and socio-emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with educators and families remotely to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services via telecommunication methods.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in virtual meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure.
• Experience providing telehealth psychological services in educational environments.
• Strong knowledge of psychological testing, assessment tools, and behavioral interventions.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to remote interactions.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality documentation.
• Familiarity with legal regulations related to school psychology and telehealth practices.
