Elementary 1:1 Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in CT

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing speech-language pathology services remotely for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, this role focuses on delivering telespeech therapy in a one-on-one setting. Using a comprehensive virtual platform, the position supports effective intervention and progress monitoring through access to assessments and interactive learning materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting individualized speech-language therapy sessions via telehealth for students in elementary, middle, and high schools.
• Utilizing a user-friendly virtual platform that offers assessments, interactive tools, and access to clinical and technical support.
• Collaborating with educators and caregivers as needed to support student's communication goals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with professional standards.
• Managing all sessions through a provided Zoom Pro account to ensure seamless communication.

Desired qualifications or experience:

• Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience working with school-aged children across multiple grade levels.
• Proficient in telespeech therapy methods and virtual platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a flexible remote schedule.

Location: Remote position supporting students based in New Britain, CT. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate individual availability.
