We are currently seeking a Grant and Development Administrator to join our team in Tulsa, OK! What You Will Do to Change Lives

As the Grants and Development Administrator, you will handle all aspects of grant writing, review, submission, and implementation in addition to other external grant communications, donor database entry/quality and special event support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Grant Strategy: Write compelling grant proposals and collaborate with program staff to secure funding from government, foundation, and private sources.
• Develop Winning Proposals: Create templates, budgets, and narratives that align with program goals and donor expectations.
• Expand Funding Opportunities: Conduct prospect research and cultivate relationships with foundations and donors.
• Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Track grant activity, manage deadlines, and deliver accurate reports to funders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Finance, HR, and program teams to ensure proper allocation and compliance.
• Support Donor Engagement: Maintain donor database, assist with fundraising events, and contribute to appeals, annual reports, and digital content.
• Champion Community Impact: Help coordinate volunteer recruitment and recognition and assist leadership with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, grants, or project management
• Demonstrated grant writing success and strong writing portfolio (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
