VNB Auto Group is looking for a motivated and dependable BDC Agent to join our growing team supporting Starks Ford of Queens and Lincoln of Queens.
No automotive experience? That’s okay. We’re willing to train the right person with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in customer service, sales, automotive, or business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound internet and phone leads
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Schedule showroom appointments
- Update customer information in CRM
- Work alongside management and sales staff in a team environment

Base Pay: $17–19/hour based on experience bonus opportunities
