Clinical Manager/RN - Woburn - VNA Care

VNA Care, is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p. Two remote days and three on-site days in Woburn.

Location/Schedule: VNA Care 100 Trade Center, Woburn, MA 01801

Experience:

• Home care experience.
• 3 years clinical experience
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
• Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts

Education:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from an accredited program
• Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts
• BLS certification preferred
• OASIS certification is preferred
