VNA of Boston, a division of VNA Care, is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.
Location/Schedule: Hybrid schedule, two days remote and three days required on site in our Dorchester office at 150 Mount Vernon Street, Dorchester, MA 02125
Experience:
- Home care experience.
- 3 years clinical experience
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
- Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
- Experience working with a union clinical team preferred
Education:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or Master of Science Degree with a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts
- BLS certification
- OASIS certification is preferred
