• Run the Show – You’ll keep the nursing department on track, making sure our residents get awesome care 24/7.
• Be the Team Captain – Lead, support, and lift up your staff. You’ll hire great people, help them grow, and keep the vibe positive.
• Keep Us Survey-Ready – Stay on top of state and federal regulations, review incidents, and make sure we’re always in compliance (and proud of it).
• Jump In When Needed – Whether it’s problem-solving or covering a shift, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Who You Are:

• Registered Nurse (RN) Wisconsin license
• Leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
