At VMP, we're excited to offer Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) the opportunity to join our brand-new "weekend warrior" program
Let's talk about a weekend schedule that works for your life. We're open to three 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun, Sat-Mon, or Sat/Sun and another day during the week), traditional 8-hour shifts (days/PMs/NOC), or a custom schedule that works for you

Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am
CNA Hourly Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (dependent on experience)
- $2.00/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active CNA certification with the State of Wisconsin
Job Responsibility Overview:
Resident-Centered Care & Support:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental conditions to nursing staff
Documentation & Communication:
- Accurately document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policy
- Maintain open communication with nurses, other CNAs, residents, and their families
Teamwork & Work Standards:
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care
- Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
- Adhere to facility policies, including dress code, attendance, and confidentiality standards
