Our team supplies concrete for some of the region's largest projects, including highways, bridges, schools, airports, commercial developments, industrial facilities, and major infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a ready mix concrete truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality.
- Communicate with dispatch, batch plants, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets and daily inspection reports.
- Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Represent VMK Concrete with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (with current Medical Card).
- Safe driving record.
- Ready mix or commercial driving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a CDL.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical job duties.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background requirements.
