The Role

As a Creative Services Project Manager, you act as the glue that holds all projects together. You’re responsible for planning and managing timelines, ensuring every detail of a project stays on track from concept to completion, while tracking hours and preparing burn reports. You’ll collaborate closely with account directors, pr directors, strategist, designers, writers, cgi artists and other team members, balancing resources and resolving roadblocks to maintain momentum. Your role is pivotal in making sure deliverables meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on time. Ultimately, you’re the go-to person for streamlining processes and keeping everyone aligned to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

· Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members effectively.

· Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks or delays.

· Facilitate communication between creative teams and other departments.

· Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.

· Optimize workflows and improve processes for efficiency.

· Track hours and flag any potential overruns.

· Organize and lead regular check-ins and status meetings.

· Maintain project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

· Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

· Five to Seven (5-7) or more years of experience in the industry or as a project manager at an agency or leading/high-profile brand.

· Strong creative aptitude, with an eye on business objectives

· Moderate Adobe Creative Suite software

· Expert knowledge of AI resources, tools, trends

· Expert knowledge of Gsuite, and Microsoft Office (primarily pptx and excel)

· Expert knowledge of the full services provided at the agency

· Expert knowledge of asset management tools and project management tools, Dropbox, Monday.com, #slack, and all top file management platforms.

Key Things to Know

• This is a full-time Independent Contractor Position.

·      Onboarding takes 30 days. You are expected to show promise and your difference by month 2.

• This is a NYC role. Must work from our office with remote work flexibility as you wish, yet collaborating in the office is 75% of the role.
