This individual will manage project teams, client relationships, and production partners to ensure the successful delivery of creative content across all formats and applications. The Senior Project Manager, Creative will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic growth of the content discipline. This role collaborates closely with the Global Creative Studio to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to clients.Your Contributions:● Serve as primary lead on content projects, managing multiple concurrent initiatives from brief to delivery● Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and freelance resources on assigned content projects● Lead client communications, ensuring alignment across all project phases● Partner with the Director, Creative Studio to forecast resource needs and optimize staffing plans for content projects● Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across global stakeholders● Lead financial oversight for content projects, including budget scoping, development, reconciliation, and reporting● Guide the creative development of multimedia & content projects, including storyboarding, scripting, and deck builds● Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiations for content-related services● Own and manage the post-production process, ensuring quality standards and efficient delivery● Partner with the Event Management team to integrate video deliverables within the larger event strategy● Provide senior oversight on-site, including client-facing reviews, overnight edits, and real-time approvals● Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and production partners● Contribute to the development and refinement of Content team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Technical Skills & Desired knowledge, skills, attributes:Position requires 8-10 years of experience● Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex content projects with multiple stakeholders● Strong client-facing experience with ability to lead strategic conversations● Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines● Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus● Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills (written, visual, and conceptual)● Strong understanding of video production workflows, multimedia tools, and online development techniques● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills● Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, fostering growth in team members● Calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and prioritizing demands in a fast-paced environment● Commitment to upholding FIRST's vision, mission, values, and goalsTravel Requirement 10-20%At FIRST, we believe that the passion, creativity, and commitment of our teams drive our success.
