Key Responsibilities Business & Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of the infrastructure spend plan.
- Monitor and support the implementation of interagency agreements, including Economy Act transactions, and their associated funding packages.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date funding profiles and execute funds within the agency portfolio.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive business operations and financial reports for the Acquisition and Program Management Team.
- Consolidate acquisition-related documents and data points to inform Government decision-making and support senior-level presentations.
- Respond to various Acquisition data calls accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor the status of contract activities to ensure timely completion and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Contract Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Acquisition Management.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience in contract preparation, contract award, FAR Compliance, and contract package validation.
- Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph
- Master's Degree in Contract Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Acquisition Management.
- DAWIA Level II (or equivalent) certification in Contracting or Program Management.
- Direct experience supporting R&D contracting within the Intelligence Community (IC).
