Contract / Acquisition Support Intermediate - TS/SCI CI Poly

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Position Overview:
Support the Government across the full acquisition lifecycle to enable successful delivery of mission requirements. Track contract actions, support pre- and post-award activities, and provide acquisition and contracting support in accordance with Federal and NRO policies.

Responsibilities:

• Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), NRO Acquisition Manual (NAM), and source selection processes
• Act as a business advisor to Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) on acquisition strategies, contract types, and contracting methods
• Support pre-award activities including acquisition plans, contract documentation, proposal evaluations, and cost/price analysis
• Support industry communications and development of negotiation positions
• Coordinate required reviews and approvals
• Support post-award contract administration and execution
• Process and track invoices and requests for contract actions
• Maintain contract files and acquisition databases
• Support compliance reviews and assist in resolving contract performance issues
• Prepare contract status reports and documentation for Government leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments
