Overview We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the experience vision and design of internal AI-driven tools that transform how our Gaming Operations teams manage insights workflows and player support at scale .
You'll define how AI automation and human-centered design intersect to create intuitive efficient and empowering internal experiences helping business leaders more efficiently manage our business analysts and support agents work smarter faster and with greater clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools that support operations data insights and automation workflows .
Collaborate with Product Managers Data Scientists and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into elegant intuitive design systems .
Partner with stakeholders across support moderation compliance and analytics to map end-to-end user journeys and optimize pain points.
Build and evolve design frameworks that balance efficiency trust and user delight for non-customer-facing tools
