Responsibilities:

• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback
• Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards
• Facilitate design jams and workshops to drive collaboration and generate innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain design artifacts such as personas and journey maps to inform product strategy
• Advocate for customer needs and challenge assumptions based on technical or operational limitations
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholders through compelling design narratives and strategic communication
• Conduct or coordinate user research activities to develop deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Skills:

• Ability to clearly articulate complex, interactive design concepts persuasively
• Excellent collaboration skills with highly technical teams
• Proficiency with Figma
• Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Customer-obsessed mindset with attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive decision-making
• Adaptability in agile, fast-paced environments

Experience:

• 6 years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
• Demonstrated experience using research and design artifacts to drive product strategy
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience
• Online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions

This is an exceptional opportunity for a designer ready to make a significant impact by establishing design excellence in a space with tremendous growth potential. You'll have the autonomy to define processes, influence product direction, and build a foundation for customer-centered design practices while working with cutting-edge technology and talented professionals who value innovation and bold thinking.
