AT&T Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Outreach Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll engage directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T products and services, and support new customer enrollments. No prior telecommunications experience is required!

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service while developing professional communication and sales skills.

AT&T Sales & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to provide information about AT&T products and services.
• Answer customer questions and guide individuals through available service options.
• Assist customers with enrollment and account setup while ensuring accuracy.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and friendly interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and enrollment information.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop customer service and communication skills.

AT&T Sales & Customer Service Representative Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, or another people-focused role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
