Domain Expertise
- Insurance industry experience is mandatory (P&C, Life, Reinsurance, Specialty, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
Reference Data Enablement
- Ingest and standardize regional/global reference datasets
- Implement business-defined mappings (industry codes, hierarchies, etc.)
Data Quality Enablement
- Configure DQ rules in Ataccama (profiling, enrichment, anomaly detection)
- Manage DQ workflows, issue tracking & scanner coverage
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build & enhance Power BI dashboards (DQ metrics, KPIs)
- Support transitioning dashboards into Ataccama-native monitoring
Collaboration & Governance
- Work with Heads of Data Governance across regions
- Align implementations to global data governance frameworks
- Ensure consistent DQ rule application across business units
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data lineage visualization & impact analysis
- Change management, training & data literacy enablement
- Experience developing stewardship documentation
- Exposure to Collibra or other DG tools
