Job Title: Roofing Laborer / Experienced Roofer

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Vlasak Roofing LLC is looking for dependable workers to join our roofing crew. We have steady seasonal work throughout the Kendall, Tomah, Mauston, Elroy, Hillsboro and Reedsburg areas.
We are hiring both experienced roofers and hardworking laborers who are willing to learn. Pay is based on roofing and construction experience.
Job Duties:
- Tear off and install asphalt-shingle roofing
- Carry shingles and roofing materials
- Install underlayment, ice-and-water protection and drip edge
- Help with job-site setup and cleanup
- Follow safety procedures and work well with the crew
Requirements:
- Dependable and willing to work
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to lift roofing materials
- Reliable transportation
- Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Must show up on time and work well as part of a team
This is physical outdoor work, but we offer competitive pay and the opportunity to learn the roofing trade and advance within the company.
