A fast-growing, patient-focused medical aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. We specialize in delivering natural, results-driven treatments while providing an elevated, personalized client experience.
This role is ideal for a confident injector who values artistry, precision, and building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Perform cosmetic injectable and regenerative treatments including:
- Neurotoxins (Botox / Dysport)
- Dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Revanesse)
- Biostimulators (Sculptra preferred)
- PRP treatments (face, hair restoration, and under-eye rejuvenation)
- Lip enhancement, facial balancing, and full-face rejuvenation
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Deliver safe, natural-looking, and consistent results aligned with client goals
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic planning
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility
- Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless, high-end client experience
- Recommend additional services (laser, skin treatments, skincare) in a consultative manner
- Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois RN, BSN, or NP license (required)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables
Strong experience with:
- Neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Sculptra or other collagen biostimulators (highly preferred)
- PRP treatments (face, hair, and under-eye preferred)
- Full-face assessment and treatment planning
- Advanced understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Experience with laser treatments, skin tightening, or energy-based devices is a plus
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for aesthetics and continuous learning
