Duties
- Administer dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care, following established protocols and safety standards
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals, medical history, and suitability for aesthetic procedures
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of all procedures performed in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
- Monitor patient responses during treatments, managing any adverse reactions promptly and effectively
- Assist in developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ aesthetic desires and health considerations
- Uphold strict aseptic techniques and infection control practices throughout all procedures to ensure patient safety
Experience
- Valid nursing license with current registration and licensure in relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in injection administration, particularly with dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (e.g., Botox) treatments
- Background in esthetic laser treatments or dermatology is highly desirable
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to facial injections and familiarity with esthetic laser technology
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient assessment, and clinical documentation standards
- Prior experience working in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic medicine setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
