Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to meet customer needs.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Assist with merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle heavy lifting when managing inventory or setting up displays to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules using organizational tools.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, discounts, and basic financial transactions.
- Valid commercial driving license with clean driving record; experience with route driving preferred.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively and upselling products.
- Familiarity with organizational skills necessary for managing routes, schedules, and inventory.
