It is these individuals’ responsibility to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded through due diligence. The duties for the Salesperson include:
Duties
· Provide water treatment solutions to farmers in the South Central Valley (Kern,Tulare and Kings Counties) region
· Communicate professionally with leadership team, clients, and employees
· Develop and deliver professional site check reports weekly and annually – done by sales rep or by assigned site checker (or both)
· Collaborate with the Chief Operation Officer, to establish scalable opportunities
· Set personal and professional sales goals and meet YTD expectations
· Cold call and network for potential new clients
· Gather water samples
· Email water treatment proposals
· Execute sales contracts through Go Canvas app
· Prepare and email year end site summary for each client
· Perform in field site evaluations and diagnosis
· Equipping one’s truck with proper tools, equipment, product labels, spare pumps, and extra repair parts
· Always maintain a clean presentable work truck. Inside and out
· Communicate with service manager (Eddie) on timing of deliveries or services – ensuring our service team has proper contact information for ranch personnel
· Give weekly report to immediate supervisor on sales pipeline and progress
· All other duties as assigned
