What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Associate position at Vizionary Wealth Management?
This Accounts Associate position provides direct assistance to the Advisor in relation to the investing of account assets on behalf of our clients. As we are a specialized boutique Wealth Management firm that works with clients in the Pharmaceutical / Life-Sciences Space, Business Executives and Entrepreneurs, our investment execution can be complex. We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in the role.
Education and Experience
• Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of financial business experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary
• Co-create and process custodian account paperwork
• Track progress of account deliverables from start to completion
• Scanning, filing, maintaining electronic client records
• Co-maintain our CRM database
• Assist on client project planning and execution
• Assist in account maintenance processes & deliverables
• Communicate with clients over phone or email on executables
Secondary
• Execute Trading Instructions from the Advisor
• Communicate with our TAMP provider on Account Assignment & Rebalancing
• Track and Maintain trading for our Master TAMP Spreadsheet
• Coordinate special client trading project planning and execution.
• Other account duties as developed in a growing firm
